Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the All Moms website, member portal, events, and related services (together, the “Services”). All Moms is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Richardson, Texas. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who May Use the Services

You may use the Services if you are able to form a binding agreement with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. Some parts of the Services — including the member portal — require an account, and some require a current membership.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

Membership, Donations, and Payments

Membership fees and donations are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Where a membership renews automatically, the renewal terms — including price and billing period — are shown to you before you subscribe and in your account settings. You may cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and does not, by itself, refund amounts already paid.

Donations are voluntary and, as a general matter, non-refundable. If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us — we would rather hear from you than have you dispute a charge.

Events and Programs

Event details, locations, and capacity may change, and events may be cancelled. Some events are held at venues we do not own or control. You are responsible for your own safety and for the supervision of any children in your care while attending.

Acceptable Use

Please do not use the Services to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights
• Misrepresent who you are or your affiliation with anyone
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

We may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, or where doing so is necessary to protect our community.

Content You Share

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to host, display, and share that content as part of operating the Services. You are responsible for having the right to share anything you post, including photographs of other people.

Our own content — including the All Moms name, logo, written material, and site design — belongs to us or our licensors, and may not be used without permission.

Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third parties for things like payments, email, calendars, and document storage, and may link to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in the Services is medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Community discussion and shared experience are exactly that, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Moms and its directors, officers, volunteers, and staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
